Director of Communications & Advocacy

Why Join Us?

At the Collaborative to End Human Trafficking, you’ll help shape public awareness, influence change, and strengthen community response to end human trafficking. We are not a traditional nonprofit—we convene and equip more than 75 partner organizations to lead coordinated, systems-level change.

Our communications are clear, trauma-informed, and rooted in dignity—never sensationalism, and never dependent on individual survivor stories as the primary lens. Instead, we focus on weaving together multiple signals of progress into a shared narrative of possibility, showing how collective efforts lead to real and lasting change.

If you are a communicator who thrives on lifting up collaboration and systems impact, this role is for you.

Cleveland, Ohio (Hybrid)
Status: Full-time
